Anglian Water Maps
Nimble Media are lucky enough to be situated next to Anglian Water’s Rutland Water site; the largest man-made reservoir in the UK. We have a long standing working relationship with the site, and it was Nimble who they approached to create new tourism maps for their parks.
Using a mixture of stock imagery and photographs supplied by Anglian Water, Nimble used inspiration from AW’s existing branding to create a set of fresh, modern maps that are easy to follow and provide visitors with the essential information when visiting one of the sites across the region. Nimble Media also negotiated the best prices for print, to ensure that the client received value for their money, without losing quality.
From this, Anglian Water also tasked Nimble Media to create their new folders for information for visitors using the campsite at Alton Water as well as new large format print for visitor information around the Rutland Water site
Anglian Water - Rutland Water Visitor Centre
As part of the preparations for the Summer 2019 season, Nimble Media worked with Anglian Water’s Rutland Water site to update and decorate their Visitor Centre and Waterside Café buildings, using large format vinyl window graphics and directional signage.
By combining a mixture of stock imagery and photographs supplied by Anglian Water, alongside content from the maps we had previously produced for the site, Nimble Media created a seamless set of adhesive vinyl panels that added to the attraction of the site, promoted the services and activities available at Rutland Water, as well as informative facts about the history and present use of the site.
Anglian Water Nature Reserve
Over the course of the summer, we designed, printed and installed a fabulous array of information boards for the Rutland Water Nature Reserve in their newly refurbished visitor centre. A challenging project delivered between locking and unlocking the country, we are proud to say this was delivered on time and on budget! We also designed and printed Park Maps – look out for them if you’re in the Rutland, Alton, Grafham or Taverham areas – for a guide on where to enjoy a spot of fishing or a lovely walk!
Uppingham Community College - Sports Activities guide
Nimble Media have supported UCC over the last three years, designing and printing their Sports Activities guide and Extra Curricular Prospectus. This included gaining support from local businesses for sponsorship in order to cover costs for the guide, which is provided to all parents of existing students as well as for prospective parents and students attending open events providing information for the sporting opportunities the college has to offer.
Hooked!
Hooked! is an annual publication produced each year on behalf of Anglian Water Recreation to promote their fisheries and stunning reservoirs including:

- Grafham Water
- Pitsford Water
- Ravensthorpe
- Alton Water
- Taverham Mill
- Hollowell Reservoir
Hooked! Magazine is a fabulous read for keen fishermen; with informative articles on trout, coarse and predator fishing at the Anglian Water destinations. Within the publication, anglers will also find news from the fisheries, important match calendars and permit information for their sites. Nimble Media took over production of this publication in 2015, updating the worn and tired title and creating a standard theme and feel that has both modernised the look and improved the readability of the guide.
Large Format Printing
As part of any event, Nimble Media provides a variety of large format printing – including key information boards, table plans, delegate boards, sponsor walls and event brochures. We work with the client to ensure any information or messages are promoted with these materials.The large format items add to the overall feel of the events, and images shared with guests through social media often use these materials as main subjects or backdrops, further spreading the event’s visibility.
