2021 has been a rollercoaster of a year for all personally and for many professionally as the ‘new normal’ became normal; a year of highs and lows for all as we continue to fight an invisible enemy which has wreaked havoc on many lives and livelihoods…
If there is one thing we can and should all be proud of, it is the resilience we have shown as individuals and communities and the love and support we have given each other through recent history.
In the words of Dr Seuss, “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory”
Whilst we pray that the world will continue to open up and headlines will change to a place where the pandemic is part of a history lesson – we should all take a moment to reflect on the positive lessons and understandings we have achieved during the journey – remember without the rain you will never get to experience the joy of a rainbow.
